Bug Report

Aside from the general settings, I'd love the ability for members to set a public "status" for when something will start/stop. Many of our members go on tour, travel to other cities, or want to pause getting messages if they know they'll be really busy. If they have this setting turned on, it could automatically send a custom DM (the person setup this prior) to the person who's reached out so they are also aware of their status and not feel like they are being ghosted if it takes time a while to get back to them.

The recent changes to the layout of courses has removed the facility to mark a course as incomplete. It is easy for a user to accidentally hit "next lesson" (Button on the older lessons), the current lesson gets marked as complete, and then the user has no way to correct the mistake.

Clicking on "Activity" at the top of the right hand notifications side bar (on desktop) very rarely lists the recent activity. Most of the time it just pops up a message box with "Unknown error". It has been like this for over 6 months.

Currently on iOS, poll options are cut off & you can't tell what the options really are to vote. On Android, it seems to display ok until there are more votes on it & then it cuts off. Experienced some problems with voicerooms, similar to these comments in the Heart I found from a while back. Wondering if there’s some fixes on the horizon. Then, after trying out Microsoft Teams as backup solution it suddenly worked with both audio & video streaming from the iPad side. With the updated granular notification settings, even if I have read a message on my mobile - It still shows as unread when i go to my browser or desktop App. there should be a way to synchronize notifications that once red, it doesnt pop up again on the other platform ( mobile, browser, desktop app)

The mobile app don't work well. It lags easily especially when having multiple reply or post being done in a row. And the word and display gets cut off at times when switching screen. Mobile is how most users will interact but the function, UI, is not as good compare to the browser usage. It leads to drop in community engagement. Hope this can be fixed.

When clicking on a users profile, you can Reading Wiki, and clicking it brings you to their active location, but this doesn't work when they are on a course, or a lesson, etc. I am not sure if this is a bug, but if not, it would be a great feature to know what some is working on, especially for admins. Privacy settings would probably be ideal so users can decide if it is hidden from other users or not, but ideally admins always see.

Even though I've set my current location correctly in my account, the time zone displayed during event creation doesn't match.

For all other updates (such as name changes, description, etc.), you're given the option to notify invitees or not." However, I noticed that I not always have that option, and updates are sent out when I modify titles and descriptions.
