In the event an event is cancelled, the system sends an automatic email. Not sure if heartbeat can control that..
Except the heading which says event cancelled: the nomenclature inside desguises and confuses as it
  1. says you are invited, instead of Event Cancelled
  2. Asks user to reply as yes, no, maybe instead of saying : Remove From Calendar
