Our community would like to disable direct messages based on access groups. Right now this is a global setting that applies to all community members. Right now we want some members to be allowed to DM each other but other members should not be allowed to DM other members.

I see there is currently a feature for isolated groups where users can only message each other within that specific group however this doesn't address my problem because I don't want these users to be able to message any one at all.
