Roadmap login redirects to white loading screen

Unable to sign in to the Hb Roadmap. After logging in, the page turns white and shows a centered loading spinner indefinitely. This was reported after trying 3 different browsers on a laptop with the same result. Issue details (include screenshots and steps taken): Support was not able to reproduce the issue and verified the account appears normal in FeatureBase. The user retried https://feedback.heartbeat.chat/roadmap and still hit the same login redirect behavior. A video was attached. HB Roadmap Issue.mp4 Repro Repro not attempted successfully. Support checked the roadmap and the affected account and did not observe an issue. The affected user reported: Open the roadmap page. Attempt to sign in. The browser redirects to a white screen with a centered spinner that does not resolve. Same result in 3 different browsers on a laptop.

Video Option for Mobile App

I run an acting training academy and need mobile video access for calls run within Heartbeat. Currently we’re having to add zoom links to host these calls externally. Embedding Audio

My community is primarily breathwork and meditation audio tracks, and I find that the platform is not the most user friendly for this type of community. I have tried embedding audio from Dropbox, but to play it opens up outside of the app instead of just playing inside the app. It also looks clunky when accessing from the App instead of the Desktop. I’ve also tried soundcloud which plays directly from the app so this could be a better option for me except when I try to press play from the App (not desktop) it’s super clunky and not user friendly and I struggle to even get my music to play. The App needs to support these embedded audios better so its easy to just click play and drop in

DMs Have Been Read

Hi! I would love to be able to tell if a DM has been read. We message a lot and use it between teachers and students and it would be nice to have the option to see when somone opened a DM. For us this would be agreat since this is our online Global Campus and we have classroom chats and private messages. I think this was asked a couple years ago, but wanted to check again. Thank you.

For past events ability to change the link behind "view recording"

My live events are often edited and optimised and then saved in courses or docs. Right now when an even is past, there is a button “ view recording” that brings my members to the zoom rough files. this is very confusing for them because i have 3 files in zoom : speaker - gallery of participants - shared screen. people are clicking on view recording and what they watch is really bad. i would like to be able to change the link behind “wiew recording’ so that it brings straight to the course or doc with my replay

Edit Choose your Tier text or placement

When an offer has only one tier with multiple payment options (e.g., monthly and annual), the label "Choose your tier" appears above the pricing selection area, which is confusing and doesn't accurately describe what the member is choosing. I would like this for text to either be editable or dynamically reflect the context (e.g., "Choose your plan" or "Select a payment option").

Images Please (Events & Docs)

My work is quite image heavy, and I really wish that the desktop/browser spaces would show the Event images the way they show upon clicking Events on the mobile app, and I wish the Docs area would show the images in the mobile app the way they are shown in the desktop/browser spaces. Also, it would be great to rearrange the order of the Doc sections in the Docs area of the app.

Auto-translate member-generated content (posts, comments, DMs) for multilingual communities

We run an international women's community: members from Germany, Japan and across Europe, and we expect Spanish, French and Korean speakers soon. Right now language is the biggest barrier to engagement — members hesitate to post in their native language because no one else can read it. On the web, members can use the browser's built-in Google Translate as a clumsy workaround. In the iOS/Android apps, there's no way at all to translate someone else's post. Is auto-translation of member content on the roadmap? A useful v1 would: detect the language of each post / comment / DM show the original to readers who share that language show an inline translation (with a "show original" toggle) to everyone else work on web AND in the mobile apps — that's where the pain is greatest today Even a community-level toggle powered by Google / DeepL would be a huge unlock for international circles.

Marking Lessons as "In-Progress"

This is a request from our members. They would like to be able to mark lessons as In-Progress in order to be able to easily find where they left off. Currently they are either marked Complete or Incomplete. There is no in-between option. Our lessons may be consumed at random based on which topics they are interested in, so they can’t just scroll to a defined stopping point.

Option to make event location visible for ticketed events.

Right now, the location is protected apparently for community privacy, so external guests won’t see the location until they RSVP. Before signing up, they see under location: “RSVP to see”. If I want the location visible before anyone signs up, the only way to do this is to make the event not ticketed. Which defeats the purpose of paid public events. There should be an option to choose whether or not you want the location visible, not a default to hidden. I get that you're going for privacy, but I'd like to request that you offer an option or on/off toggle to let folks outside of the community see the location before signing up as this may inform a potential participant's decision in signing up (if they can see the location is close by, they would be more likely to sign up – or if they sign up and see the event is very far away and not possible for them, I have to do extra admin work and offer a refund). Currently, I share the location in the event description, but I would prefer also to be able to show the event location in the ‘Location’ panel.

when sending an email blast for an event, the recipient audience options should include other event Hosts as a selectable group. Currently, Hosts aren't available as an audience option, and it would be useful to be able to target them specifically when communicating event details.
