Email notification for new posts/threads (not just mentions/DMs)

Currently, members only receive real-time email notifications for unread DMs and mentions/replies (after 4 hours unread) and event emails. General new-thread/post activity that does not mention anyone is only surfaced via the weekly digest (top 3 threads, sent at most once every 5 days). Requesting an option to email members when a new post/thread is created in channels they have access to, separate from the digest and from mentions/DMs. This would help smaller or lower-activity communities keep members aware of new content in near real time, rather than waiting for the weekly digest. Submitted on behalf of Caitlin Ogilvy, admin of Healthy Homes Initiative (Zendesk #51428).

Allow Sub-groups to show on Account > My Groups

I initially wanted to create an onboarding question sorting people into interest groups so I created a parent group of ‘Interests’ for a load of sub-groups because you had to have a parent group to link to the onboarding question. This worked fine, however, I also wanted my members to be able to pick and choose/join and leave their interest groups whenever they wanted, and be able to explore what other interest groups were available. Pulse was really helpful in advising that I could basically only do either; have a parent group and let people choose in onboarding but never change, or use groups without parent to show under Account > My Groups for people to explore and join/leave whenever I chose option 2 as it’s more flexible but I had to add a note in the Welcome DM to tell people where to find My Groups. I think not everyone reads those DMs potentially so I’m intrigued to see how many questions I get about this. A neat solution would be to allow the sub-groups of a parent group to be shown under My groups so that users can both a) enter groups in onboarding AND b) join/leave groups as they please via My Groups. Many thanks, Anja

Guest can purchase multiple tickets in one checkout.

It needs to be possible for guests to purchase more than one ticket at the same checkout. For people they want to attend with, as gifts, or whatever reason. Having to go through multiple checkouts is terrible user experience and means less tickets sold. They could purchase multiple tickets under one email address, or add other email addresses for other guests under the same purchase. This is so so very common among most event ticketing services / applications. This needs to be a feature ASAP. I’ve used events for over a year now and I didn’t even realize this wasn’t a feature because I figured it would be so obviously a feature – and I’ve seen my ticket sales decrease since switching over to Heartbeat as my primary ticketing app, likely due to this oversight in functionality.

Admin ability to view member group/offer join dates and post history from member profiles

As a community admin, I'd like to request two improvements to member profile visibility: Group & Offer join dates — When viewing a member's profile, I'd like to see the date they joined each specific group and offer, not just their overall community join date. This is especially useful for tracking upgrade conversions and understanding where members are in their onboarding journey. Post history on member profiles — I'd like to be able to see all posts a member has made directly from their profile page, without having to manually search through individual channels. This would make it much easier to review member activity and engagement at a glance. Both of these would significantly improve the ability to monitor member progress, personalise follow-up, and manage a growing community more effectively.
