Images Please (Events & Docs)

My work is quite image heavy, and I really wish that the desktop/browser spaces would show the Event images the way they show upon clicking Events on the mobile app, and I wish the Docs area would show the images in the mobile app the way they are shown in the desktop/browser spaces. Also, it would be great to rearrange the order of the Doc sections in the Docs area of the app.

when sending an email blast for an event, the recipient audience options should include other event Hosts as a selectable group. Currently, Hosts aren't available as an audience option, and it would be useful to be able to target them specifically when communicating event details.

Filtering and sorting options on the Courses page

It would be really valuable to add filtering and sorting options on the Courses page as course libraries grow. Users need to be able to filter by: topic or category of interest purchased vs not purchased included in membership completed or in progress Plus custom filters admins can use to tag courses General sorting (e.g. newest, alphabetical, level) would also greatly improve navigation.

Edit Choose your Tier text or placement

When an offer has only one tier with multiple payment options (e.g., monthly and annual), the label "Choose your tier" appears above the pricing selection area, which is confusing and doesn't accurately describe what the member is choosing. I would like this for text to either be editable or dynamically reflect the context (e.g., "Choose your plan" or "Select a payment option").

Option to make event location visible for ticketed events.

Right now, the location is protected apparently for community privacy, so external guests won’t see the location until they RSVP. Before signing up, they see under location: “RSVP to see”. If I want the location visible before anyone signs up, the only way to do this is to make the event not ticketed. Which defeats the purpose of paid public events. There should be an option to choose whether or not you want the location visible, not a default to hidden. I get that you're going for privacy, but I'd like to request that you offer an option or on/off toggle to let folks outside of the community see the location before signing up as this may inform a potential participant's decision in signing up (if they can see the location is close by, they would be more likely to sign up – or if they sign up and see the event is very far away and not possible for them, I have to do extra admin work and offer a refund). Currently, I share the location in the event description, but I would prefer also to be able to show the event location in the ‘Location’ panel.

Give Moderators access to Offers without Revenue information

I wish Moderators could have access to edit Offers, as well give and remove exemptions to offers, manage access WITHOUT Revenue information (ie lifetime revenue and MMR). It’s exciting to hear there’s more Stripe settings coming to Heartbeat, but right now everyone on my team has to be an Admin to do their work, and it’s unnerving to have more sensitive financial settings available to everyone. Right now it’s either give people access to everything or nothing.

Log in on affiliate's behalf or show all affiliate links on the admin dashboard

Our partners are extremely busy and are used to having links created for them like all other affiliate programs. Typically you can set an affiliate up and simply share the details with them. Its a common practice and frustrating that we are not able to see their backend in HB and/or sign up for them. Please consider these features as I do LOVE HB otherwise and would really rather stay here and share about it from the rooftops!

Extend the validity of a Magic Link for up to 7 days

The Magic Link (invitation/registration link) is currently set to expire after 60 minutes, and there is no way to extend it. This is a problem because customers often don’t see the email until it’s too late, and the link has already expired. It would be great if the Magic Link could be valid for up to 7 days (configurable). Note: After someone signs up, they remain logged in for 60 days (the timer resets with each visit), but the initial Magic Link still expires after 60 minutes

Video Library Folders & Renaming

As course creators managing multiple courses and large video libraries, having all uploaded videos in a single list on the video library makes it difficult to organise and locate content efficiently. I know you can search, but when you can’t remember what you labelled something as, it’s tricky lol! It would be extremely helpful to be able to organise videos into folders or categories within the video library, allowing for easier navigation, faster content management, and better scalability for growing course libraries. Also, once uploaded, you can’t rename files! So files that I’ve misspelt or mislabelled, granted that’s my fault, but it’d be fab to be able to rename video files too! :)
