Ability to delete individual DM messages & DM threads.
I need the option for members in my growth & healing community to delete messages sent to them that they do not want to see. I'd also like the ability to delete full DM threads as well.

Email blast visibility
As a community admin, I should be cc'd on any email blasts that I send from my community. If each blast can be visible within Heartbeat (as a Workflow that has ran, for example) that would give me confirmation that the emails were sent successfully. There's nowhere to check what happened to an email blast at the moment.

Move past events to Past Events immediately after they are over instead of waiting
The events on the platform don't immediately move to the Past Events section even when they're done. It would be great if there was a way to change that so that as soon as an event is over, it just moves to Past Events instead of waiting for the day to be over for it to be considered "past event"?

Upcoming Event Box: Show time of event and a link to event details
Currently the "Upcoming Event" box only shows the date of the event and not the time. The only button available is RSVP, but there's no direct link to the event details so one can know if they want to RSVP. Without these, it's often useless. Adding the time and a link to the event would make the event box useful.

Adding First name / Last name fields at Checkout
Is there any way at all we could add First/Last name to the checkout process? I understand you only ask for email to reduce friction but it's a pretty standard field when someone is checking out. This is also for us to better track the purchases (we are using external tools to track the full funnel from our marketing to purchase).

Clickable Box Needs for Payment Checkout
You currently have the ability to have customers agree to Terms of Service at checkout, but it displays them. This is not legally adequate. We need a clickable box (an affirmative action) for the customer to click and agree to those linked terms BEFORE they pay.

Automatically open Voice Room video in full screen on join
Users frequently join Voice Rooms and think nothing is happening. The video is either hidden or reduced to a small, easy-to-miss preview, depending on where they join from. Currently, the Voice Room video only appears as a small preview in the top-right corner—and only if the user is already on a channel page. If they join from an Events page, a Course, or a Resource, no video appears at all. This creates a confusing and unintuitive flow: users must be on desktop, navigate to a channel, notice the small preview, and manually expand it. This friction leads to frustration and significantly reduces Voice Room adoption. We actively promote community-led Voice Rooms to keep conversations inside the platform (instead of external tools like Zoom), but the current experience makes participation harder than it should be. We’re also seeing inconsistent behavior across browsers, with Chrome displaying more video feeds than Safari. Requested improvements: Automatically surface the Voice Room video regardless of where the user joins from Open the Voice Room in full screen by default Improve cross-browser consistency, especially on Safari These changes would make Voice Rooms easier to understand, easier to join, and far more engaging for communities.

I am testing the message report feature after a user asked for a way to delete a message from another member. They can't delete. I can't do anything with it. And my test report only provided an email. There is no way for me to see or do anything with the reported content. Please provide the option to view messages and DM content reported. Please also provide a way to delete and take other actions based on a report after verifying it.

Hi team – new to Heartbeat but building a community where this ability is imperative to its functionality. I’d love to see the ability to filter search results by content type, specifically the option to search within channel posts only and exclude chat messages from results. Right now, when I search a keyword inside a channel, the results pull from everywhere including the chat. For channels where I’m archiving or organizing specific content, this makes it super difficult to locate what users are looking for. Thanks in advance for considering it!

The visitors country is automatically detected and the relevant promo code is then displayed on the banner for them. Another community platform has the ability to have this occur but it’s manual - the discount codes on Stripe have to be created manually. A DIRECT integration through the API would mean the discount codes would be created automatically! This means less works AND the codes can be regenerated automatically to prevent abuse! We NEED this! 🤓

I would love the ability for users to be able to mute the channels they want from their own feed, so they can curate their feed. I use my community as an updates feed, with updates for different geographical regions, and I need people to be able to be able to mute channels if they want. Discord has this feature, for example: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/209791877-How-do-I-mute-and-disable-notifications-for-specific-channels Users can mute channels that are not relevant to them. They can still view the content, but don't have to get the info in their feed.

Suggested changes to the interface icons
Please make the interface feel more elegant and welcoming for female communities. The current icons feel too ‘geeky’ and the pulsing black plasma icon (AI assisstant) feels a bit scary. I’d love to see a softer, more feminine / premium icons near articles as well or have an option to get rid of a random house 🏠 icon and similar ones near the title. I’d love that emoji inserting in the posts was as easy as in this message. Thanks.

Currently, when anyone posts multiple photos to the feed (desktop), it expands the photos to the size of the feed container and stacks them vertically, which in turn creates super-long posts. It would be preferable to have multiple images in a post featured as thumbnails that expand when one clicks on them (as it is on the app).

Please add the prior comments on a lesson/assignment directly inside the lesson/assignment itself so students can see what others have posted about it and engage more.
