Correct Image Placement on Mobile

I'd like to request an improvement to image placement in posts on the mobile app. When I place an image at the top of a post on desktop, it appears correctly there on desktop—but on mobile, the image is moved to the bottom of the post. Since many community members primarily use Heartbeat on their phones, this makes it difficult to create posts with a strong visual introduction. It would be really helpful if images appeared in the same position on mobile as they do on desktop, or if creators had an option to control image placement on mobile. Thanks for considering this!

Admins and Moderators need an edit thread/post option

At present, all HB users can only edit threads and posts that they have made themselves. However, Admins and Moderators do not have the ability to edit other user’s threads and posts. One of the key responsibilities of Admins and Moderators is to ensure that all community users are posting content that meets with the culture and code of conduct/anti-harrassment statement of their community. When a member posts something that is a violation of the community rules, or may contain a small element that is deemed inappropriate or unsafe for other users to view, Admins and Moderators do not have the ability to edit that content as necessary. The only options available at present are: The entire thread/post (including all replies) has to be deleted, which is unnecessary if only one word, a phrase, or an image/link needs to be removed/amended and the rest of that thread/post has value to others; Or a DM needs to be sent to the user explaining the issue and asking them to edit their own post, which results in a delay whilst waiting for action to be taken, and risks other users viewing that content in the meantime. Providing Admins and Moderators with an edit option in the three dots pull down menu of each thread/post would enable content to be moderated quickly and appropriately, thereby removing unnecessary distress or risk to the rest of their community.

Feature Request: Pulse Chat Organization

As a power user of Pulse, my chat history grows significantly over time and becomes difficult to navigate. I'd love one or both of the following: Folders/subfolders — the ability to organize chats into named categories (e.g., Branding, Launch, Courses) for easier retrieval. Search — the ability to search past chats by keyword or date so I can quickly locate a specific conversation without scrolling through a long list.

Please hide the cloaked Zoom link until 30 minutes before each event?

I love that Heartbeat cloaks our Zoom links! But (at least in the browser version) if a member is savvy enough to click each zoom link in advance, let it redirect, and then copy the URL that it redirects to, then they’ve got the actual link. Most people won’t think to do this, but if I schedule my events far in advance, then people could join my membership, click to resolve and save all of the Zoom links in advance, cancel their membership (or I remove them from the membership if they’re problematic), and they’ll still have all of my Zoom links. I haven’t been able to find a workaround yet. I tested this yesterday. I created an event, and it showed this cloaked zoom link: https://community.thiswayoutcoaching.com/eventRedirect/21225e6b-3e06-4f16-8a3d-e9e304282d33?uid=MzNkYWU0MmYtYjU1ZC00YjM1LWJmZjYtNDIzN2I0YTk0NDM4 I logged into a test member account that I’ve been using, clicked the cloaked link, and it redirected to the real Zoom link: https://us02web.zoom.us/s/84066930479?pwd=prxkixWj7c6CZhJiarNEOFQfVtEmXm.1#success I copied and saved the redirected link, and then removed that test member from my community. Naturally, the cloaked link stopped redirecting to the real Zoom link, which is great, but the redirected link (which I had saved in advance) still worked perfectly. I also had the idea to change the password on the Zoom event from within my Zoom account, but since I can’t update the Zoom link in Heartbeat, this will cause it to ask EVERYONE for the password. If Heartbeat simply didn’t show a URL at all until 30 minutes before each event, then members couldn’t click, resolve, and save the real URLs very far in advance, which I think would solve this well enough. If I need to remove a member less than 30 minutes before an event (unlikely), then I’ve got big enough problems that the URL is not a huge deal. Alternately, if there was a way for me to update the URL that Heartbeat redirects to, then I could change the password in Zoom, and then update Heartbeat to use the new URL instead. I tested it in my browser on my Windows 11 laptop and also on my iPhone. Thanks everyone!

Feature Request: Additional Celebration Animation Themes for Workflow Popups

Hi Heartbeat Team! I love the 3 celebration animation options currently available on popup actions (Fireworks, Confetti, and Lights). I'd love to see two new themes added: Hearts — perfect for community welcome moments, love-centered communities, and relationship-focused brands. Petals/Flowers — a beautiful option for communities with botanical, wellness, or feminine branding themes. Both would open up more meaningful, on-brand choices for creators whose communities go beyond the "party" feel of the current options. Thank you for considering it!

No New Content Indicator in Sidebar

Hello, I have uncovered something extremely important and can not believe that HB does not have it....When a new post is made in a thread channel, there's no visual indicator on the channel name in the sidebar to let members know new content is there — no dot, badge, or unread count. Members only find out via email or push notification, which means anyone who's already in the app has no way to know activity happened without manually checking each channel. This makes it hard to drive engagement inside the platform. A simple unread indicator per channel (similar to what most messaging and community tools have) would make a meaningful difference. Would love to see this prioritized.
