Design of the app

I cannot help but somehow the mobile design is always clunky, the layout is irritating and it doesn’t look very high end.. I love heartbeat don’t get me wrong. But High-End membership with a design that looks “old” …. could we get a cleaner or higher-quality design? (note: there is a feeling of when I see the symbols etc. that it is made to work, but no aesthetic… ) And please fix the layout issues..

Improvement of roles for moderators

I need my moderators to be able to send automated messages in workflow. For exemple when a student finishes a course he receives a congratulation message from a moderator (and not from me ) Problem. Right now i can choose a moderator as a sender only if he has admin access in his role. So i gave them access because i really needed to send messages from their profile. But they have access to my revenue, my offers, my groups etc it’s dangerous if they break something and quite not appropriate as they can see how much money the company makes. Can you please add more subtility in roles ?

Improvements to member profiles, please!

Admins should be able to create custom fields (free text, single multiple choice, and multi-picklist) for member profiles, based on what kind of information is important to their community. Currently member profiles are very threadbare and unengaging, plus they lack basic information which could spark connections between members.

Calendar for events + option for email sent at publish of event

Hi Heartbeat team! I have two feature requests I'd love to see added: 1. Member-facing community calendar feed (iCal/Google Calendar subscribe link) Right now there's no way for members to subscribe to the community's event calendar so they can see all upcoming events directly in their Google Calendar or Outlook without having to RSVP first. I'm actually a member of another community on Circle that has this, and it's a game changer. I can see everything on my calendar and decide what to hop on. I'd love for my members in my Heartbeat community to have that same experience. It would drive a lot more organic event participation. 2. Option to suppress the publish email when publishing an event Currently when you publish an event, an email automatically goes out to all invited members. There's no way to turn that off while still keeping the reminder cadence that I want (7 days, 2 days, 1 hour before). I create a lot of events at once and don't want to flood my members' inboxes every time I publish a new one. It would be really helpful to have a simple toggle at the event level, something like "send invite email on publish: yes/no", so we have control over that separately from reminders. I can't see users post, comments on their profil, how I will find what they share? this is chaos to find what they post, clearly if you're not bringing this future I will need to move another platform, this is sucks, sorry guys, I saw young people behind this app and I was like lets go with them cuz they will upgrade fast, but I guess I was wrong. I like your platform cuz you have a voice channel which others dont, but I cant stay just for this sorry. Look how different profile view with one of other platform

PDF-inline feature restored in Resources

PDF-inline feature restored in Resources. I see this has recently been removed, which causes an issue for my members - it’s one of the reasons I chose the platform. Up until last week, I would embed PDF’s within resources so members could read without having to download first, which is super handy on mobile apps, etc. Can you please bring it back - this is a huge backwards move.

Evergreen Cohort Waitlist

It would be great to have an evergreen cohort-style course with a waitlist. Instead of launching one cohort at a time, admins could manually select the next group of members (e.g., next 5 people) from the waitlist to join the next 90‑day cohort. This would allow continuous, rolling cohorts without needing to relaunch the course each time.

Full conversation transcripts needed in Pulse memory for strategy continuity

I have invested significant time across multiple Pulse conversations sharing detailed brand strategy, funnel architecture, and content frameworks. My expectation was that all of this context would persist and be fully accessible in future chats. The current system saves summaries and key decisions but not full conversation transcripts, which means detailed strategic discussions can be partially lost. I’m requesting that complete chat histories be included in Pulse's memory so that prior conversations are fully retrievable in future sessions.

Radio Buttons during Directory Search Filters

When I am searching in the directory, and I add a filter, what do the radio buttons mean when it says "have value" or "no value"? Those radio buttons filter members based on whether they've filled in that particular profile field or not: Has value — shows only members who have entered something in that field (e.g., they've set a location, added a bio, etc.) No value — shows only members who have left that field blank It's a quick way to find members who haven't completed certain parts of their profile, or to narrow your search to only those who have. You "Value" to me sounds like a monetary term and not a location term... HB may be using "Value" as a unit of measure or distance term. I think the radio buttons for the Location filter should be something like "Field Empty" and "Not Empty" ore "Includes Location" That's great feedback! You're right — "has value" and "no value" are technical/developer terms that don't translate well to plain language, especially in a location context. Something like "Includes Location" and "No Location Set" (or your "Field Empty" / "Not Empty" suggestion) would be much clearer for everyday users.

Add triggers to workflows based on members downgrading, being manually removed by an admin, etc

Currently, workflows can only trigger when a member joins a group. It would be very useful to also have a trigger that fires when a member is removed from a group (whether by canceling a subscription, being manually removed by an admin, or through an automated group rule). This would enable use cases like sending a follow-up message to canceled members, re-engagement sequences for members who lose access, and other post-cancellation automations — none of which are currently possible without manual intervention.
