Feature Requests

Our community would like to disable direct messages based on access groups. Right now this is a global setting that applies to all community members. Right now we want some members to be allowed to DM each other but other members should not be allowed to DM other members. I see there is currently a feature for isolated groups where users can only message each other within that specific group however this doesn't address my problem because I don't want these users to be able to message any one at all.

I have a zapier trigger that when someone joins my community, they automatically get added to my email list. The issue is that there's no first name" and "last name" fields with Heartbeat's Zapier trigger. It's only "Name" which means when they get emails from me, it puts their full name which isn't very personalized, it's too formal. Can this be adjusted?

I migrated to Payments 2.0. In building the offer pages, I noticed the main text portion is quite small compared to the rest of the page. Is there a way to change text size on these sales pages? I'd like to see an option to make the text in this section bigger. Or have size options in each text portion of the page, so we are not locked into sizes.

Very cool the new feature of HB Paiement 2.0 but is important to add multiples videos testimonials on the landing page. For example 3 column videos + Resume of the testmionial and user profile on the bottom ?

once a direct message is sent I can't go back to edit a type

The mobile version DESPERATELY needs the capability to be able to “VIEW ALL CHANNELS” and then be able to join new channels from that menu. The desktop version has this and the mobile does not… it’s the only function missing and holding us back from using the platform

People are in so many groups and would like to be able to display primary and secondary badges. It shouldn't default to the last group you joined. Admins should have the ability to customize.

While it's already possible to leave the box for the Twitter link in bios unchecked, I feel this company has come to stand for the opposite of everything Heartbeat stands for. It feels very off-brand to me to see that listed as a social link option. Bluesky's functionality and safety tools are much more in line with the inclusion, respect, and accessibility I know Heartbeat wants to help foster in online community.
