Feature Requests

As an admin, I want to hide my member count when I'm migrating or for other privacy reasons. Members perceive that we only have X members when there are more members in the community that haven't migrated yet. This incomplete display impacts our credibility and makes it harder to attract sponsors and new members. What’s puzzling is that the member count isn’t visible on the mobile app, so it’s unclear why it needs to be shown on the desktop version at all.

Currently, it's only possible to add an image by using the embed function, which requires that the image be hosted online somewhere. Admins would like the ability to add photos directly from their device, the same way that they can with video.

one of the biggest factors in choosing a platform for my community and courses was livestreaming. i was under the impression that the google integration allowed me to utilize google meet and this moment discovered it in fact doesnt ... i grappled with decision making process for months on a platform and almost went with a few others... even signed up with them, but im neurodivergent and the perceived simplicity of heartbeat sold me ... but a native in house live streaming feature that is also available on the app... would be absolute GOLD and a total gamechanger in a multitude of ways for all of us!

I want the Courses tab to automatically organize the courses that the user has access to, so they don't have to scroll through everything.

I want to have access to a sandbox so I can configure HB on behalf of the admin/my client

It would be great to be able to live stream onto the community.

I’m surprised the Heartbeat app doesn’t have the functionality to report a post/user (pretty sure this is a requirement for Apple iOS from memory)! It’s surely a really important feature to keep communities safe too.

RSVP pages are good but too simple sometimes, we are missing: sending a thank you email after an event (personalized) easy way to download the RSVP emails and info more fonts and ways to personalize the RSVP landing page ways to make the page engaging for attendees

We use the text based channels as a group message for certain things as we have dms disabled. We would love to be able to mark these as unread.
