BUG: comments out of order

I'm not sure how often this happens, but on this thread, I noticed the comments are displaying out of order, which could get very confusing.

I haven't noticed this problem for a long time.

Could this be to do with the delayed messages in the other bug report? I think sometimes some come in sooner than others (ie, not always the oldest delayed ones show first).

John Risby: I'm not sure. I think (but am not 100% sure) this was in mobile where I wasn't having that delay problem.
