Editing a post on mobile duplicates images

When I long-press to edit a post with one image, it changes the post to have 2 images. But I noticed if I press to edit again, it's showing 4 images on the edit screen.

Quick update: still happening. I created a post today on mobile, edited the text on it, & a duplicate picture showed up on the post (also showing as duplicate on desktop, so I just went there & removed the extra pic).
