Definitely want people to be able to browse certain topics, see comments, etc, but then have to sign-up to be able to comment.

We should be able to choose which areas of our community are publically visible, and what aspects of them are - e.g., just the heading, the first 5 posts, all posts, etc.

It would be interesting if you could set it so a certian number of posts or pages are visible, and then it prompts the user to sign up.

But I definitely want to be able to make certain areas fully publically-visible, then they need to sign up to comment.

Please prioritize this aspect. Everything occurs in the SERP, and we’re unable to engage with others in the schoolyard. Consider addressing this before rolling out 500 new features that won’t aid our community's growth outside our domain.

I hope this includes having our courses public facing! I would love to have the course area be viewable to people who aren't in my community yet and can join by purchasing a course.

This is the biggest disadvantages over circle and other platforms. Looking forward to this feature to showcase a feed on courses, events, resources, chats etc on the homepage.

Any ETA? This feature is a game changer to compete with Patreon and much more.

When will it come??

Murtaza Bambot — I'm eager to see this come to light! I would also use it as a premium benefit for upper-tier paid members. My community is for creator economy entrepreneurs — so this perk would give them a public member spotlight page with SEO linkbacks to their business/offer website and socials to boost their traffic and authority.

How will you achieve this without a proper mobile web version? Content would only appear on desktop, which is disasterous SEO.
