Administrators can create private threads within their own subgroups

Would love to be able to invite groups to our community, where they can have their own private space for private discussions within the broader community. Ultimately would like to sell these privileges / spaces, so people pay to get administrator access over their own sub-group.

You can already have separate channels that different groups have access to. You can also create a paid group (possibly with moderator or a custom user privilege level). Currently user permissions are not tied to any specific group, but here's the feature request for that: https://heartbeat.canny.io/feature-requests/p/moderators-by-group

This is exactly what I plan on doing as well! However, if you make someone an Administrator, they have access to everything instead of a specific channel/section.
An owner role would need to be created for the Heartbeat creator. We should be able to edit & delete anything an Administrator, Moderator, or User does.
Then, the ability to assign moderators & administrators to specific groups would need to be an option.
This would allow us to create custom invite links for each sub-group created allowing us to "rent space" in our community. The leader of the sub-group would be responsible for paying the invoice attached to the link & be assigned an administror role for their group only.
The owner (us) would then choose what other channels/sections this group could have access to (things they are not the administrator of).
This is also why we should be able to individually assign groups to docs, directory, & match-ups as well. Also, courses.
