Chat Improvement -- Add live video and audio chat

For the chat feature to be use by our communities. We have to at least propose the same features as "Messenger" : Like button, Emojis, Audio recorder, Video, Live video, Slide on existing message to reply.

Stéphane Demicheli when you say "chat," do you mean Direct Messaging? We can already do likes & emojis/reactions (on mobile, I believe you have to long-press the message for the options to pop up). So essentially I believe this request is to add ability to do voice & video messages.
