The issue I am having is that in both the courses and documents section, I can create sections with check boxes/tasks which is really helpful for something like an onboarding process or a checklist. However, I can only actually tick them off in edit mode. They cannot be marked as complete/ticked off when someone is doing the course or using the document. I am having this issue on both desktop and app.
Any ideas on how to fix this? It would be a really useful feature if our members could use the tickboxes, but it isn't much help to me in edit mode!
