Course Discussions -- in course

Having the Course discussion actually attatched to the lesson instead of seperate in a thread would be very helpful. I would like if people could see the lesson and then scroll down to the discussion

Comments Below Lessons

Would like a thread of comments below a lesson. Forcing people to go over to the Thread is not working. Clients have complained it looses the context and hard to follow what the theme is and no way to go directly back to the lesson flow they were in easily.

Yes, this is an important feature. I see no response from Hearbeat at all here. In fact, I am using the trial version, and the lack of this feature is what will prevent me from signing up at the moment. Any feedback?

there are multiple threads about this already with over 145+ likes

Yes! Discussion underneath a visible instruction (not on another screen) is an essential basic element of instructional design. Even Heartbeat runs most of its courses in the Docs module.

Oh yes that is definitely what my members were just talking about. It would be great.

This is very much needed

YES!
Currently, when a discussion thread pops out, it takes the learner out of the context in which the question was asked. This forces the learner to explain the context again, and I often have to go back to figure out which lesson they’re referring to in order to provide a thorough response.
Additionally, in large asynchronous courses, questions and comments from various lessons and times are all dumped into the same thread, with no efficient way to filter or identify their origins.
In the meantime, I'm considering using the Documents area for my courses because of engagement. I know that it doesn't have assignments and other bells and whistles, but folks can engage around the content without losing context.

There is this post as well to upvote! https://feedback.heartbeat.chat/feature-requests/p/comment-feature-underneath-lessons

Yes especially for assignment, it would be very convenient that the thread with the assignment was showing below the lesson. without being shown in the thread menu. I run long programms with many call to actions and we have a huge amount of assignments/training and i can't have 200 different threads in my menu. Neither can i mix all my trainings at the same place. People want to see what the other did where they are in the journey.
