i would love to be informed when members cancel!!
it seems their subscription seems up and running until the last day of their membership, although they may have canceled already days ago.
it would really be helpfull to be informed directly because maybe we could get in touch with the members and find a way of keeping them in the community. maybe they need to pause, maybe they need a different charge, maybe they felt unseen.
when they are gone - its too late. 😒
also this way it is easier to plan future income. so to me this is a really important function to be able to connect better to my members, even when they want to leave!

You can now receive email and push notifications for member cancelations!
Configure these settings in Settings > Notifications under the "Notify me about" and "Email me about" sections.

There should be some kind of notification to the admin if a paid member cancels their membership. Or at least, they get removed from the directory.
Right now, the only way to tell is to go to Stripe, sort though the current emails of members and cross reference with a previous list to see who's no longer there. That's super time consuming and ridiculous.
A super simple notification or message "x member has cancelled" would be much appreciated.

totally agree. And to know if they are no longer there so you're not tagging them in posts and wondering why they don't respond.

It would be nice to also know when a payment is due BEFORE the due date (for me and the client).
