Request that HB send new members an email immediately after payment to tell them how and where to log into the community.
I've found members getting stuck in onboarding. Many just want to pay and then come back later to complete their profile and/or watch the onboarding video, but they do not know how or where to log in later.
An automatic email from HB would be appreciated, so that the community founder doesn't have to reach out 1:1 with an email to try to get their brand-new member into the community.
