More options for accessibility, including font size, colour, background

I do notice that in creating new Thread / Post, you have quite a lot of formatting option including pasting multiple images, links, emoji, etc, as well.

However, under reply, it gets restricted. U can only paste either 1 image or link, lots of formatting options gone like embed link, bullet point, etc.

Is it possible for all these to be same for whether new post, reply, knowledge documents, etc.

And easier emoji add-into text.
