Provide multi-language translation for uneditable text across the platform.
Sumeet Mahendra
If text is uneditable, we'd like to be able to automatically have that text translated into the community / local language (ex: German, Spanish, French, etc.)

En mi caso, es imprescindible que se pueda traducir automáticamente a español. De lo contrario, la navegación no es fluida para todos los clientes.
Por favor, avisarme si en algún momento está disponible en español.
Muchas gracias.

This platform has so much potential and addresses a critical need to step away from the major social networks of this world. It must be available in multiple languages! That’s the bare minimum!
My community is French-speaking, and it’s a decisive factor—whether in the onboarding sequence or even in the membership purchase process—that everything is in the member’s native language. It’s a much harder step to take when 80% of the buttons, menus, actions, and links asking for your money are not in your primary language. Not everyone is bilingual.
Why not do like Thrivecart and offer an option to create a list of expressions to translate manually across the entire site?

HI Murtaza Bambot, why this feature (translation) was not actually on your roadmap ? Maybe you can add personalisation for Call to actions and principal titles on the platform ?
Kai Magaldi
Totally agree. With this feature heartbeat can become a worldwide leading Community Platform.

I am now 14 days on heartbeat and I love the platform. However. One big drawback I have to adress: I can customize the language in the emails only with the growth plan, which for me is much to big. And actually I cannot understand the logic in this. What is the difference between a German Community Member of a growth plan and a Pro plan. They are pretty the same people, right? I think language settings are a basic need and shouldn`t be part of higher plan. I absolutely agree, that there are many valuable things that jusitfy a higher plan. To have a hand on the language setting however is for all non English Speakers essential and unfortunately not nice to have. I really hope, that you fix this because beside this, Heartbeat is a real blast.

Regarding pending users and users awaiting their first login, it would be awesome if we could have the ability to edit the workflow emails. All of my users speak in Spanish and some of them don’t know English.

Really interested in moving from Podia to HearBeat my +3k paying customers community, but as my customers are really NOT tech savvy (mainly French women over 50), I need the user experience to be as smooth as possible, and having a full English interface is a no go.
Interface, notifications and emails should be localized for me to be able to join.

So Gir Absolutely agree. I am using Mighty currently but my clients aren't fluent in English and they struggle navigating the interface. This would be a gamechanger and I would immediately move to Heartbeat if there was an option to translate it.

Seria genial disponer de traducción completa al Español en la plataforma

I need French. At least allow admins to translate themselves.

My target audience are Dutch speakers and unfortunately not everyone speaks English.
