Feature Requests

It would be nice to be able to send emails to community members from the heartbeat platform.

Request that HB send new members an email immediately after payment to tell them how and where to log into the community. I've found members getting stuck in onboarding. Many just want to pay and then come back later to complete their profile and/or watch the onboarding video, but they do not know how or where to log in later. An automatic email from HB would be appreciated, so that the community founder doesn't have to reach out 1:1 with an email to try to get their brand-new member into the community.

It would be great if the heartbeat signature in the weekly digests could be editable so we could remove Heatbeat and add our names/logos.

I am given to understand that free members who have gone through onboarding but have never "activated" their membership by logging in are just left. It would be a good idea for at least one reminder email be sent to them (as it is to inactive members of paid communities)

I would like an email when someone joins. Couldn't find a post similar but it seems a pretty easy fix.

Ability to send all automated Heartbeat emails from your own domain/email address.

I would like for an event description to be added to the event reminder emails, so people remember why they might like to attend. Also, an option to remove my logo from these reminders. If I'm creating an event image, it's either already going to have my logo on it or be what I want showing as far as images go. It might be better to allow us to add a custom signature to the bottom of the emails, so they can tell who it's from.
