Users are confused after payment, when seeing the same screen as they started with. They don't understand they have to enter there e-mail to proceed onboarding.

It would be great that non-paid members can preview the course program AKA the table of contents, or just access it, without seeing the paid contents. It would certainly create FOMO and encourage them to join the paid section.

Hi! It would be great if you could add the "Manage Affilitates" function to the mobile app, so that members can easily join as an affiliate and refer other members when they are on the go. Thanks! Charlie

i would love to be informed when members cancel!! it seems their subscription seems up and running until the last day of their membership, although they may have canceled already days ago. it would really be helpfull to be informed directly because maybe we could get in touch with the members and find a way of keeping them in the community. maybe they need to pause, maybe they need a different charge, maybe they felt unseen. when they are gone - its too late. 😒 also this way it is easier to plan future income. so to me this is a really important function to be able to connect better to my members, even when they want to leave!

Currently, if upsells is turned on for a paid group, an upsell page can be shown to non-members for channels, docs, & courses that are locked to that paid group. I know we can set events as public paid events, but I would like to have the option to show an upsell page inside of the community for people who aren't part of a paid group and without it having to be public.

I‘m repeatedly asked by clients who have a coupon that allows them to join a certain course for free, why they still have to put in their payment details. It seems like whenever you switch a product to paid, you cannot have a voucher that gives the product for free - clients still have to enter their payment details. The reason I’m not having 2 separate groups, one paid, one free is so that I I don’t always have to tag both of them. Fixing this would save a lot of time.

Especially important for B2B communities (to advertise lower perceived prices)! In order to do this, let us define 1) tax rates we'd like to use and 2) if we've set a price for a new products in HB as 'inclusive' or 'exclusive' tax. I'd like to get an email or in-app notification that someone has purchased on of my products. Right now I don't know when I should start a project for a new client.
