14 day withdrawal right for EU customers at checkout

For customers within the EU, digital products are subject to a 14-day withdrawal period.

However, this right can be waived if the customer explicitly agrees to it before completing the purchase — typically via a checkbox during checkout. At the moment, I haven’t found a way to implement this technically within your system.

It also cannot be solved through community rules or any terms shown after purchase inside the membership area, as the consent must be collected before the transaction is completed. This is quite critical for me (and likely for other EU-based creators as well), as without this explicit consent, customers can consume the full course within 14 days and still request a refund — which does happen in practice.
