Ability to Add Images to Zapier Create Thread Action

When creating a new thread/post using Zapier, there doesn't seem to be a way to attach an image for it. In Pabbly, I just use HTML tags, but the Zapier tooltip doesn't list img as allowed as an HTML tag.
