Ability to auto-add groups to courses

I have several groups created for different courses I have on a different platform. It's frustrating that each course creates a new group and I can't automatically attach pre-made groups to it. I have to run a workflow or they have to add it themselves plus switch up any invitations that were created for the old groups.
