Ability to disable chat among members but keep chat with admins
It would be great if we can disable chat between members but have it available for admins/moderators to contact members, and members to contact moderators and admins.
(option to only disable members to member chats).

it would be good to allow chat with most members, but disable it for free membership levels to stop spam from free loaders

This would be a good community support feature for admins. Keeping everything under one roof (HBc)
