Ability to edit course blocks up drag & drop

Please consider adding the ability to drag & drop course blocks within the lessons.
Sometimes I think of content that I want to add, but it belongs near the beginning of the lesson. Because I can't drag & drop the blocks, I have to delete all the blocks that come after where I want to add in the content, put in the new content, then add back in the deleted blocks.
That takes a lot of time. :-(
