Ability to EXCEPTIONS in adding some members to channel

While creating a channel, could you add the ability to not include some members even if they're part of the mentionned allowed group.

For example : I want my new channel to be available for "GROUP A", but among "GROUP A", I don't want Mister V to see this channel :)
