Ability to group (expand/collapse) user groups under direct messages, based on which groups they belong to

I'm using Heartbeat as a Slack replacement with my team and I love it. Now, we are about to onboard community members soon too and I'd love to have a clear distinction between these groups.

There are two things in particular:

1. Being able to show users under direct messages based on which group they belong to and being able to expand and collapse these groups for easier communication

2. Controlling which groups can message and initiate messaging to which other groups (so that my team members can still focus on their work when the community is growing)
