Ability to move a thread as a comment

We use pinned threads in some channels to keep certain subjects contained. When someone starts a new thread instead of a comment, we have to delete it / move it to a whole other channel, and then message the user trying to explain the difference.

When selecting 'Move' on a thread, could pinned threads in that channel also be included? The post would then become a comment under that pinned thread.
