Ability to RSVP for specific instances of a recurring event instead of all
Currently, if we RSVP for a recurring event, it RSVPs for every event in the series. It would be nice to have it somehow ask us if we want to RSVP for all or only the specific instance (or maybe have a list pop up where we can check or uncheck them).

Yes, PLEASE change this feature! We run a couple of weekly events and the admin of creating them all individually is a total nightmare.

Definitely agree. People can't make every event, so making it possible for them to RSVP only to the events they CAN attend would be essential for user experience. The details in other comments I agree with, as well, like inundating them with heavy email reminders for an event they are unable to attend…boy, would that annoy someone.

Agreed - ask the question if it's all events in the series rather than default to confirmed for all.

Especially important when have heavy reminders for events. Should be able to remove RSVP and notifications for individual events in the series.

It would be absolutely mandatory for anything like mentoring or coaching session. For example, we have "office hours" every Monday and Thursday, and our students get to attend 4 sessions over their semester. So they should be able to pick individual sessions amongst all those part of the never-ending series.
