Ability to switch between communities if logo is set to website homepage
I have set my community logo to direct me to my homepage on click. Therefore I am unable to switch between the 5 communities I am a part of. I have to type the URL of the community I want to switch to. This is not the case on the mobile app however. Can this feature be added on desktop too? Wasn't sure if this should be a feature request or a bug report… anyhow, here it is!

To be able to switch between communities on desktop (basically bypassing community admin setting the logo to go to a custom URL), use https://app.heartbeat.chat/ to access the platform. Here's a video I made to explain how it works: https://youtu.be/QxzpIzEQCh8

This is a tough one because if you have a custom URL, your desktop experience is really that this is your community & they've really removed "heartbeat" branding from pretty much everywhere…. so technically you could have members who don't even realize what platform you're on & the goal is to keep your people in your community & engaging with your stuff as long as possible. My guess is most of our members aren't members of multiple HB communities. Then there's the app, which is a HB app & not branded to our communities until after someone is logged in. Because going to any HB community forces you to do it in the app on mobile, there has to be a way to switch communities there… and for those of us who are in multiple communities, it's a nice convenient factor. It's definitely not a bug, it's by design. Someone at some point did a feature request for the logo to go to their website & they added that functionality, but it really can currently only be done on desktop and toggling it on negates the ability to community-switch.

Maybe there could on desktop be a separate link that allows you to switch communities if you're in multiple…. like a "my other communities" button/link/icon.
