"accept terms" checkbox before payment

could you add a checkbox "i've read and accepted terms and conditions" before proceeding to the payment ? and the ability to link to the terms page or terms doc ?
Because here in France, and other EU countries, it's mandatory to have terms accepted by the client before online buying
