Add an Ad to a feed when person comments.

I want to be able to promote my courses. Right now the choices to trigger an automation is limited. Let's say I promote one of my blogs in a feed and someone comments. It would be nice for the system to be able to trigger off any words I think would indicate interest then immediately post a comment with my ad (comment, image and link already applied in set up) so they could take an action.
