Add Links to Side Menu

I would like to link my other Micro Sites based on the groups they belong to. So I would have a link in the left sidebar based on the groups they belong to. So if one person enters my Heartbeat and belong to a certain group only that website link (embedded in the name of course) would appear. Thanks

Would like to be able to place other Quicklinks in the side bar as well vs embedding them deeper in the groups: eg - social links, link to website, link to scheduler, etc

Can we please add groups to the left sidebar? Huge downfall with it missing from there

I've never understood the reasoning behind hiding it.

This is a must functionality I needed in our community portal. Without the ability to display the groups in the nav bar ruins the user experience. I am not sure why it wasnt there in the core functionality to begin with.
Also I would add to this that not just “my groups” should appear but also all the other available groups so people will know what groups are available for them to join.

Yes, this is much needed and came here to request the same thing! I kept finding myself wanting to see what each group sees when they login.

Given the power and flexibility of groups this may be a good idea. Otherwise we will have to instruct people where to go and how to use groups to a greater degree.
