Add Non-Monetary Incentives For Affiliates

It would be great to be able to reward affiliates in a freemium community not just on conversions for the premium levels but also based on how many free users they attract. This would be in the form of a non-monetary reward. Perhaps a workflow that adds someone to a hidden group when they have refered X amount of users. It would add an extra viral aspect to building communities.
