Add Sections to URL taxonomy

I find I’m having the same channel names among sections, but it looks like the channels have to be named differently…. And I’m forced to add additional characters so that I can have the channel.

For example, I have a “general chat” channel. For each section, I have to add letters or numbers for each general chat. Ex: General Chat SPFC. It’s a bit weird to have to do this.
