Add stories for admins in HB

This is not an urgent request. I've been brainstorming the concept of having posts that could be accessible anywhere on Heartbeat and disappear within a couple of hours. What if we could share stories within Heartbeat, similar to those on platforms like Instagram or Telegram? Initially, we could limit this feature to admins and moderators, with an option to allow regular users to share as well (this could be enabled by admins on Heartbeat).

The idea is to incorporate vertical images that can be accessed by selecting a person's profile picture, causing the story to pop up. These stories could be privately saved in the person's profile settings and deleted at their discretion. To alert others to the presence of a story, we could implement a visual cue such as a ring light around the profile picture changing to a different color, like green or light blue. Just something to consider! :D
