This is very useful. In my case I have requirement where I create groups by geographic location. Someone entering "Los Angeles" in the City field will automatically be added to "Professionals in LA" group for example.

Yeah, I wish for an option with a select / dropdown where the user can select one alternative to get assigned to a group. And also the option to have multiple selects
