Add user switching under account options

Similar to the functionality of Google, Discord, Twitter, IG, etc. Let the user be logged in to more than one Heartbeat account and choose from a menu in their account settings which account they want to view without having to log out of one and back into another.

This would be very helpful for community admins who have both a personal account and a shared/team account for more generic community announcement or instruction-type posts.
