Additional required agreements

I'd like to require users to accept an online course agreement at the time of purchase, similar to how in the onboarding I can require they read and accept the code of conduct.
Could an editable title checkbox/document pair be added in the payment screen for paid invitations and the ability to add others that members must read and accept below the Code of Conduct one in the custom onboarding?
