Adjust timing of Drip notifications

I want to set the drip notifications to go out at a certain time each day.

Right now the "drip content" description says "They'll receieve a notification when new content is available. New content is released at the same time of day as the time when they intially joined the course."

If someone joins the course at 11pm, I don't want them to keep getting emails from me via heartbeat at 11pm each day.

Please give us an option to drip content out and set a designated time for each drip.

Otherwise I will lose my professional boundaries with clients by giving them the impression that I am accessible to them outside of office hours.
