Use case: payment for our courses comes from organization they belong to so we'd like to be able to track account number, staff id, etc as part of their profile. I can match up with secondary Airtable db, but would love if everything was in a single location inside of Heartbeat.

    I am on the board of my volunteer neighborhood association (~650 homes with ~50% membership), and Heartbeat seems like the BEST option for us to migrate our neighbor forum onto. All of the apps built specifically for associations like ours are ugly and hard to use.

    …except for this missing feature. I really need neighbors to add more info about themselves, primarily their address - but other info like kids, spouses, interests, volunteer assignments, etc. If we could relate users together that would be even better!

    I recognize that Heartbeat is primarily designed for content creators to host their communities, but there is a real need for this type of tool for other organizations like ours as well. Catering to other use cases could help Heartbeat have a competitive advantage over competitors like Circle/Mighty/etc. who are all chasing the same use case.

    I would love this feature - to have the profiles include non-editable and private information to profiles like customer IDs, etc.
