Admin defined (public or private, user editable or not) Custom fields in user profiles

Use case: payment for our courses comes from organization they belong to so we'd like to be able to track account number, staff id, etc as part of their profile. I can match up with secondary Airtable db, but would love if everything was in a single location inside of Heartbeat.
