Allow custom domain video embed

Many viode hostings allow CNAME custom domain (adilo, publitio, vadoo.tv to name a few). Recognizing custom domain video and embedding it is a must. As an idea - add a set of settings where we could map a specific domain as in vids.mydomain.com to a service (adilo) and that would help you easily recognize the video link.
