allow header options, fonts and pressing enter in tables (no AUTO BOLD in first Row)

currently its the ONLY work around in courses to have single spacing/ soft returns when hitting Enter
But if you copy and paste something into the top row of a table, you cant undo the BOLD font it applies to everything as there are no options.
Also pressing ENTER in a table creates a new row…which is annoying if you're only trying to make a spacing or start a new line within a table row
