Allow RSVPs for all, some or one event for recurring evenets

This is a sample from another platform (attaching image) which is mighty networks and this is something that would be HIGHLY invaluable as we don’t want to set up recurring meetings every single month it takes a TON of time on our end when they are recurring events. This. seems like something that would be HIGHLY valuable to heartbeat community owners
