I was coming to request this feature. Most people turn off notifications, and email feels overwhelming now. A Texting option for reminders and Zoom/Heartbeat links would be fantastic.

Would love this for reminders for events, as most people appreciate receiving a text and may have app notifications turned off

It would be great to have this feature out of the box, but I understand that it may cost Heartbeat team a lot of sms consumption. Please add an option to integrate with SMS Gateway like Twilio etc.
