Allow us to duplicate or copy existing landing page

If Pulse is going to be the main way we can customize, we need a way to copy or duplicate landing pages once we get them looking the way we want. Otherwise we’re wasting a lot of time tweaking to get landing pages that actually match our design/layout each time.
