Allow us to turn a *doc* into "Start Here" *channels* for new users.

The "Getting Started with Heartbeat" and "Codes of Conduct" docs are the first things members should see; but they're buried in docs. Allow us to turn docs into channels so we can nest them under categories like "Start Here." The blue arrows represent where the docs would be in the channels area.
