API for creating, moving documents
The API is very extensive but it doesn't include wiki docs so far. Given how the new 'courses' functionality will use wiki docs heavily, and people building a CBC will rely heavily on these, it's time to build up the best wiki docs possible :)

CRUD API for documents would be amazing!! Moving our knowledge base into Heartbeat manually is a lot of work. An API would save us so much time

Documents are an essential part of API, I should be able to upload when posting from API

Agree. We have our internal knowledge base and a public one in heartbeat. Currently, we need to copy and paste every small update into both. An API would be great! Also, we implemented an AI Reply Bot into Heartbeat, and it would be very helpful if it could reference to the docs when answering.
