API - Separate user name into first name/ last name
In Zapier there is only 'user name' as an option, which is difficult to manage as many email management systems require you to use first name and last name.
At the moment, I'm having to manually update each record.

In general, I'd love to see more options for Zapier and similar service, like Pabbly. For example, a trigger when somebody cancels a membership.

Mine allows me to select First Name and Surname (I use Mailerlite)

Neesha Craig I'm on classic but I have a client on the new version and it works on both. Are you just using the Heartbeat to Mailerlite zap and are you using the new user trigger?

I am also still only seeing the full user name in zapier. Not seeing separate first or last name as options.

Completed! All Zapier endpoints should now have both first & last name fields in addition to the existing "user name" field.

I tried to connect HB and active campaign - same here. first + last name come together as "first name" with AC and have to be updatet manually? just tried today with my tech support, which feedbacks that the problem is within heartbeat passing on the names incorrectly?

Which Zap are you not seeing this option for Bianca? I believe we updated things to have both a first name & last name field.
