Asking for feedback at the end of the course, in mobile app

Currently, admins use a lesson, which has a button saying "Submit Assignment'. It would be helpful if there was a way to get course feedback at the end of the course in-app, like a lesson, but with different wording. Even using the same "assignment lesson" as a feedback request can work, as long as we could change the wording of the buttons from "submit assignment" to something else, like "submit feedback".
