Assignment Review Status in Courses

We should have a review system for the assignment submissions.

Right now, we can just see the submitted submissions.

At least there should be an option to review the assignment and mark it as approved or rejected by the admin and the students should be able to see it in their dashboard.

As an assignment is submitted and when admin clicks approved/rejected, there should be a space which shows the current status of the assignment for the students and admin.

We should also have an option where if needed the rejected assignments should get a resubmit option(optional)
