At least a 3 minute video

Right now I can upload an MP4 video that is less than a minute long and barely squeak by the limit. This is not going to work long term. Too much of a limit. Read the book 3-Minute Rule and that will convince you we need at least 3 minutes to post WITHOUT having to use a 3rd party service to shrink it down. The less step to post the more I will use HB. Thanks
